Panadol and 7News.com.au have come together to recognize and highlight those in our communities who go above and beyond the expected and providing extraordinary care.
One of the people nominated is Margie Cerato.
Margie is the president and founder of both Vibes Fitness and Celebrating Abilities, a Melbourne-based not-for-profit organization that increases ability awareness in the greater community while making a real difference in the lives of disabled adults and children, whether it’s whether it is physical, acquired, intellectual or emotional. The program, available to children, adults, elderly, and caregivers supports the overall wellness of both participants and caregivers with mental health and wellness programs, fitness and exercise, rehabilitation, wellness coaching, mindfulness and meditation, personal training, circus aerial fitness (popular with children and adults alike) and much more.
Learn more about our programs and watch our inspiring stories. We support all Abilities with mental health exercise programs functional fitness, core workouts, mindset, personal training, and rehabilitation programs (neuroscience based) over 30 years of experience. All programs are funded by NDIS.
