PTSD All Abilities

Regular exercise positively impacts your mental health, reducing anxiety and depression, improving your functional fitness for our PTSD clients.

Celebrating Abilities has functional fitness exercise groups or private sessions and have had great success working with PTSD. we provide you with a safe, supportive, inclusive, unique, environment- studio.

The best exercises for PTSD is dancing, weight training, boxing, climbing. These activities can make it easier to focus on your body movements – meditation, relaxation, breathing will benefit PTSD creating peace and inner calm. When you’re suffering from PTSD, exercise can do more than release endorphins and improve your mood and outlook. By really focusing on your body and how it feels as you move, exercise can actually help your nervous system become “unstuck” and begin to move out of the immobilization stress response. we offer you a variety of activities, call us today. 0412526383

PTSD exercise programs at celebrating abilities  can be funded by your NDIS package, under the following categories:

Improved Capacity Building and Improved Health and well-being and or core works.
