Our personal training, functional fitness and Mindset training Exercise programs, have improved our stroke clients’ strength, coordination and balance with great success.

Aerobic and strength training exercise has been found to promote cognitive recovery, reducing muscle stiffness and pain. Repetition is key to improvement,  can help to reduce muscle stiffness and pain. Regular exercise activity will help you to continue your recovery, improving your balance. mobility, posture.  If you have been experiencing fatigue, depression or pain since your stroke regular exercise may help

Aerobic Exercise and StrokeIn addition to physical benefits, aerobic exercise has been found to promote cognitive recovery in stroke survivors. In a recent study, researchers found that physical activity training significantly improved cognitive deficits among stroke survivors.

This service can be funded by your NDIS package, under the following categories:
