Supporting LGBTQI All Abilities Diversity and Inclusion with functional Fitness, Mental Health, Mindfulness, Personal Training, Core workouts, Wellbeing and Mindset training.

Celebrating Abilities works with you privately or in small groups.

Our exercise and functional fitness programs for all abilities. In our unique diverse inclusion studio -you choose what suits your needs and fitness exercise goals.

55% of LGBT men were not active enough to maintain good health,
compared to 33% of men in the general population.6

This survey found that 33% of men and 45% of women do not reach the government guidelines for
physical activity.

56% of LGBT women were not active enough to maintain good
health, compared to 45% of women in the general population.8

64% of LGBT people who identified as something other than male
or female (eg genderfluid or genderqueer) were not active enough
to maintain good health

Exercise and functional fitness programs for LGBTQ can be funded by your NDIS package, under the following categories: Improved Capacity Building and Improved Health and well-being and or core works.

We offer you Functional fitness, strength, core workouts, mobility, flexibility, gym, exercise, fitness, circus, aerial fitness, rehabilitation, training, services, care, support, events, fundraising, health, social experiences making a difference in transforming lives. Our charity connects our participants with disabilities and special needs focusing on Abilities. Our programs are fun and effective creating social outcomes and building friendships -Located in Melbourne, Australia.
