Multiple Sclerosis All Abilities

Multiple Sclerosis All Abilities will get you active with our personal training programs, increasing your health, wellness, energy and mindset training.

When you have MS, exercise is one of the most important parts of treatment. Exercising will improve your fitness, endurance, and strength in your arms and legs. Studies have shown that this can also give you better control over your bowel and bladder function and decreased overall fatigue, and it can give your mood a boost.

Celebrating Abilities has the best MS exercises including aerobic exercises, stretching, and progressive strength training. we have so much variety to offer you in our unique studio.

Stretching is recommended for at least 10 minutes per day. It’s the best way to maintain your range of motion, and ease symptoms that are related to spasticity (muscle tightness or stiffness, or a lack of muscle control). Aerial Yoga is a great way to get your stretching in.

Strength or resistance training helps you maintain and improve your muscle strength. You can use machines, weights, bands—just make sure to hit all the muscle groups. This should be done at least twice a week.

Aerobic exercise is any activity that increases your heart rate. Just don’t overdo it—it should be done at a moderate level.

MS. This service can be funded by your NDIS package, under the following categories:
Improved Capacity Building and Improved Health and well-being and or core works, recreational activities, fitness and health.
